The Premier Sales Associate Program is designed for individuals who want to:
- Work in an exclusive and elite professional sales environment
- Master insurance sales at the highest level
- Build a lucrative and rewarding career in the insurance industry, ultimately moving into the Protege Program or future agency ownership
Participants in the program are Premier Insurance Associates or PIA's.

- Quote & bind new business for the sponsoring Farmers Agency
- Follow proven district sales processes
- Utilize district-provided leads and systems
- Participate in world-class training, coaching, and development

Compensation

Competitive base compensation with commission & bonus.
PIA's earn a base salary and are W-2 employees of Insurance Sales Institute LLD DBA Salish Strategies; while producing sales and receiving additional compensation as earned on a 1099 basis by the sponsoring Farmers Agent.
